Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors at the front desk.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and organized.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with data entry and computerized record keeping is essential.
  • Prior experience in a construction office setting is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
