Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking an organized Office Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to support daily office operations.

Duties

  • Clerical tasks like filing, data entry and document prep
  • Keeping our office organized, stocked and efficient
  • Handling phone calls, answering questions and directing inquiries with professionalism
  • Greeting visitors and managing appointments
  • Working with our team on a variety of construction projects

We Are Looking For:

  • You must be organized, motivated, ready to work and on time every day
  • Prior office experience is a plus (especially clerical or admin work)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Comfort with office equipment and phone systems

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
