Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support a busy construction company. This role is responsible for assisting with invoice processing, data entry, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties

  • Get the office ready in the morning all lights on and close up in the evening
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Post Office runs/etc. (mileage reimbursement)
  • Entering all invoices daily with a 24 hour turn around
  • Check all emails and phone for any and all vendor inquiries via email or phone on payments and statements
  • Scan, Print, file, and organize accounting and office records
  • Organizing physical files
  • Answer phones, emails, and assist with general office administrative duties
  • Assist with general office duties including mail handling, scheduling, and office organization
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned

Preferred Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and professional phone etiquette

This job is an in-office full-time position.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
