Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace tools, and specialized software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping programs
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—and ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events or travel arrangements for staff or executives
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, ordering office materials, proofreading documents, and ensuring overall office cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
  • Strong communication skills with impeccable phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer support roles
  • Previous experience as a receptionist—dental or medical—personal assistant or administrative assistant is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism
