**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be proficient in various office tasks.

**Duties:**

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems

- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies

- Process order entries and maintain accurate records

- Demonstrate computer literacy in various software applications

- Provide general administrative support to the office staff

- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Maintain Filing

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining records

- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines

- Strong proofreading skills for document accuracy

- Familiarity with order entry processes

- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs

- Ability to adapt to various office tasks efficiently
