Office Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, multi-talented Office Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for a "high-output generalist" who is equally comfortable with financial spreadsheets and creative AI prompting.

As the Manager’s right hand, you will bridge the gap between administrative precision and creative growth. We need someone who doesn't just follow instructions but anticipates needs and utilizes the latest technology to deliver results.

What You Will Do:

  • Financial & Admin Excellence: Manage basic bookkeeping, billing support, and professional business documentation with 100% accuracy.
  • AI-Powered Marketing: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to develop ad creatives, write engaging copy, and support media promotion.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Manager in daily operations, translating high-level ideas into executed tasks.
  • Office Management: Ensure administrative workflows are streamlined and professional.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher). A background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
  • AI Proficiency: You must be comfortable using Artificial Intelligence to speed up workflows and generate creative content.
  • High Intelligence & Execution: Exceptional comprehension skills; you understand the "why" behind a task and execute it with minimal oversight.
  • Communication: Polished written and verbal English. (Bilingual skills are a plus).
  • Professionalism: A disciplined, detail-oriented approach to office management.

Schedule:

  • Part-time hours Monday & Thursday
  • Location: New York, NY.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
