What you’ll do (day-to-day)

• Be the friendly, professional first point of contact (in person, phone, email)
• Support office operations: scheduling, supplies, basic admin coordination
• Help keep documents, records, and internal communications organized and accurate
• Assist multiple teams with tasks that keep the business moving (priorities shift—so you must be adaptable)
• Handle occasional special projects and “make it happen” requests

Required

• College degree
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong sense of urgency
• Reliable, punctual, and professional—people can count on you
• Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
