We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all employees of the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and positive presence in the workplace.

An Office Assistant candidate should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. An Office Assistant must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, an Office Assistant should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning office- tasks such as filing, cleaning (vacuuming and mopping), organizing filing cabinets, wiping surfaces, etc.
  • Helping run errands for the office when needed.
  • Help Office Manager in extra tasks.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone.
  • Have laundry done by end of shift every day.
  • Apply payments to invoices in a timely manner.
  • Be able to quickly pull invoices from files to apply payment.

Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Prior office experience preferred.
  • Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
  • Quickbooks experience HIGHLY preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to be at least 95% accurate in all tasks REQUIRED.
  • Initiative to do more.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
