We are a dedicated and compassionate home health care agency committed to providing quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their homes. As our team grows, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Description:
The Office Assistant will support day-to-day administrative tasks within the agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a fast learner, organized, and eager to grow within the healthcare field. Experience in a home health care office is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Support intake and scheduling processes
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
  • Help ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office experience preferred (especially in home health or healthcare setting)
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with home health software (e.g., Axxess, Sandata, etc.)
  • Bilingual is a plus
