Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Manage attorney and court calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Remind attorneys of meetings, deadlines, court appearances, and tasks
  • Assist with general office and secretarial duties
  • Prepare files, organize documents, make copies, scan, and handle paperwork
  • Draft wills, living wills, and health care proxies using firm templates and information provided by clients
  • Greet clients and assist with office communications
  • Help maintain organization and efficiency within the office
