Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable individual to support our daily operations and help grow our local Buda office. This position will start with foundational administrative tasks and offers a clear opportunity to grow into more advanced responsibilities as the business expands.

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Accurately gather and document customer information.
  • Input data into our computer tracking and billing software.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Social Media Posting (instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor)
  • Cold Calling to Sell Business
  • Quoting, and Invoicing within CRM Jobber
  • Technician Management and Dispatch

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and eager to learn (we will fully train you on all specific job duties!).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
  • Proficient in typing and basic computer data entry.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary for organizing truck stock or office inventory.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
