Office Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you will manage office tasks efficiently, and assist with various clerical responsibilities to keep our workplace running seamlessly.

Duties

  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Organize files, process paperwork, and ensure proper filing systems are maintained for easy retrieval
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing
  • Support administrative projects by coordinating tasks, managing deadlines, and prioritizing responsibilities

Experience

  • Proven office experience with a strong background in clerical and administrative roles
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Experience listing on eBay is highly desirable
  • Experience in Property Management is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
