Office Assistant – Job Description

An Office Supervisor manages daily office work and also looks after office maintenance. The goal is to keep the office running smoothly, clean, and problem-free.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily office activities and staff
  • Make sure office rules and schedules are followed
  • Handle office employees attendance
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors
  • Check office cleanliness and safety regularly
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Keep office records, files, and documents updated
  • Support management with reports and daily tasks
  • Solve daily office and maintenance issues quickly

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and people-management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Basic understanding of office maintenance work
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Organized, responsible, and reliable

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-10 years experience in office supervision and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
