Office Assistant – Job Description
An Office Supervisor manages daily office work and also looks after office maintenance. The goal is to keep the office running smoothly, clean, and problem-free.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily office activities and staff
- Make sure office rules and schedules are followed
- Handle office employees attendance
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors
- Check office cleanliness and safety regularly
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
- Keep office records, files, and documents updated
- Support management with reports and daily tasks
- Solve daily office and maintenance issues quickly
Skills Required:
- Good communication and people-management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Email)
- Basic understanding of office maintenance work
- Good problem-solving skills
- Organized, responsible, and reliable
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years experience in office supervision and maintenance
