Office Assistant cum Accounts Assistant (Female)

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Office Assistant and Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Office Assistant cum Accounts Assistant , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, as well as serving as accounts assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with complains and general inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
  • Encode and manage large volumes of data with precision and speed
  • Assist with data entry, document filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Assist the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist in the preparation and file VAT/tax returns
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.
  • Handle various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in Accounts or office administration is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
