We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Office Executive to join a leading company in the energy sector in Abu Dhabi (Musaffah).

This role is ideal for fresh Emirati graduates looking to start their career in a professional and supportive environment.

As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support, handle documentation, coordinate schedules, assist internal teams, and ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and basic data entry.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.
  • Assist visitors, calls, and manage office supplies.
  • Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Emirati (with FamilyBook)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (0–1 year experience)
  • Bilingual in English & Arabic (mandatory)
  • Driving License is required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
