Responsibilities
- HR/Administrative Support: Assisting the HR team with basic clerical tasks, including photocopying, document scanning, filing employee documents, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Errands & Courier Services: Handling external errands such as visiting banks, courier collection/delivery, and document submissions.
- Government Liaison: Supporting PRO duties, such as delivering documents to government offices or typing centers, particularly for visa processing or employee records.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the company vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained, including scheduling regular service checks.
- Office Administration: Assisting with office tasks, such as managing pantry supplies, restocking, and supporting the team during office events. Indeed +6
Required Qualifications & Skills
- License: Valid local ( UAE) manual driving license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience for 2-3 years as an office assistant, preferably within a corporate HR or admin setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
