Office Assistant - HR department

An Office Assistant cum Driver in the HR department primarily facilitating transportation for documents and conducting external errands while supporting HR and administration tasks. This role often requires a candidate who is highly reliable and organized

Responsibilities

  • HR/Administrative Support: Assisting the HR team with basic clerical tasks, including photocopying, document scanning, filing employee documents, and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Errands & Courier Services: Handling external errands such as visiting banks, courier collection/delivery, and document submissions.
  • Government Liaison: Supporting PRO duties, such as delivering documents to government offices or typing centers, particularly for visa processing or employee records.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the company vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained, including scheduling regular service checks.
  • Office Administration: Assisting with office tasks, such as managing pantry supplies, restocking, and supporting the team during office events. Indeed +6

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • License: Valid local ( UAE) manual driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Previous experience for 2-3 years as an office assistant, preferably within a corporate HR or admin setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
