OFFICE ASSISTANT INTERN (FEMALE ONLY)

A.R.Brothers is offering internship opportunities for motivated and energetic female candidates who are willing to gain practical experience in office administration, social media management, and customer coordination.

Only Rawalpindi-based candidates are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility / Qualification:

• Intermediate (FA/FSc)
• Graduation (BA / BS Preferred)

Location: Rawalpindi
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours / Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time Internship (On-Site)
Stipend: 15,000PKR Per Month

Responsibilities:

• Social media handling and page management
• Post designing, basic graphics creation & content writing support
• Office documentation, filing & record maintenance
• Data entry and updating Excel/office records
• Calling (outbound for new customers & follow-ups)
• Responding to customer inquiries (calls/messages/email)
• Scheduling meetings and managing appointments
• Assisting in daily office administrative tasks
• Coordination with internal team members for work updates
• Maintaining office files, records, and reports
• Basic internet research and information collection when required
• Supporting management in day-to-day office operations
• Tasks are not limited to the above and may vary as per office requirements
