Summary:
This position has a high degree of client interaction with minor clinical responsibilities. Responsible for client reception area, clerical tasks, data entry activities, benefits issuance changes as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates daily business operations of a clinic including monitoring patient registration and patient checkout

Ensures compliance with policies and procedures

Assists with problem resolution and improvement of patient care

Supports customer service standards, researches and reports customer issues and concerns, reviews and addresses patient survey results, under the guidance of the Clinic Manager/Associate Director/Director

Responsible for the completion of/or assistance with daily reconciliation processes

Reviews daily, weekly, monthly reports and reports trends to supervisor

Responsible for the implementation of front-end processes

Reviews and researches all information on hold reports to complete the billing process

Resolves billing problems with patients and the CBO

Advises patients on payment procedures/processes to ensure payments are collected timely

Oversees inventory management

Issues all check requests and purchase orders, reconciling orders received with original invoices

Approves payment of invoices within approval limits

Ensures the accuracy of time and attendance records; approves, monitors, and reports overtime

Serves as backup to support clinic personnel when necessary

Assist with insuring compliance with regulatory standards including JCAHO, OSHA, Conditions of Participation, PI, etc

Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
Work Schedule:
8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
