Office Assistant / Mailing

• Temporary Reception and Treatment Assistant to help us with a staff vacation .we produce and mail daily. Hours are variable between 2 & 6p Mon - Fri. Saturdays are possible. $17 per hour. This position is part-time and temporary to help with holiday staff schedules and could become permanent.

• Duties: Fold, stuff, seal, stamp and hand address envelopes. Varied additional duties to support clinic operations. This important team member works closely with the mail department supervisor to meet daily production goals. There is occasional interaction with patients.
• Qualifications: Able to work fast with hands, good handwriting, strong attention to detail and accuracy, efficient and focused work style.
• Reliable attendance is required.
