Office Assistant / Office Clerk
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant / Office Clerk to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate must have strong Arabic and english language skills and basic office experience to assist in documentation, communication, and general office support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office assistant and clerical duties such as filing, documentation, and record keeping.
- Handle office correspondence and assist with administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external parties in Arabic and English.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist management with day-to-day office operations.
- Support coordination of office activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
- Must have studied at an Islamic Institute and possess strong Arabic language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Arabic language certificate is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation handling.
