Responsibilities
- Office Support & Maintenance
- Keep office premises clean and organized (workstations, meeting rooms, reception area).
- Ensure public areas are properly maintained and tidy.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and basic event support.
- Errands & Administrative Assistance
- Run internal errands (e.g., mail pickup/delivery, courier tasks).
- Assist with basic clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and distributing paperwork.
- Provide support to various departments when needed.
- Facility & Supplies Management
- Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.).
- Report shortages or maintenance issues to the admin team.
- Assist in keeping inventory logs up to date.
- Reception & Hospitality Support
- Greet visitors, welcome them politely, and guide them to the right point of contact.
- Serve basic refreshments during meetings when required.
- Support a courteous, professional office environment.
Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Basic understanding of office routines and etiquette.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to help.
