Office Assistant
Role Summary: The Office Assistant supports daily administrative, operational, and hospitality tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance — Maintaining cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Refreshment Service — Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients.
Errands & Deliveries — Internal and external document delivery.
Reception Assistance — Welcoming visitors and guiding them as needed.
Team Support — Assisting departments with routine tasks.
Administrative Support — Filing, scanning, photocopying, and document handling.
