We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant / Office Boy for FEMALE to join our team and to assist with maintaining our office. We require an individual with exceptional time management skills, knowledgeable about how to maintain a clean office environment and good communication skills.

Job description:

1. Proficient in using computers for daily office work, including but not limited to document processing, table analysis, email sending, etc;

2. Obey company arrangements, actively participate in team collaboration, and complete other work tasks assigned by leaders

3. Maintain good communication with team members and assist in solving problems encountered in work;

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area ensuring a professional working environment

5. Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming.

6. Refilling supplies, such as table tissue paper and stamp ink.

7. Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible.

8. Should know how to prepare tea.

9. Assisting management personnel in a wide variety of workplace responsibilities.

10. Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.

11. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office and reporting to the admin secretary.

12. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.

13. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

14. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees

15. Helping the secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.

16. Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.

17. Make sure the office premise, furniture, staff room area and manager’s room are clean.

Requirements

Knowledge of office and management techniques.

Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.

Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.

Should be polite, sincere, and trustworthy.

Effective communication skills Punctual and reliable.

Qualifications

High school diploma with basic office skills

Language

English (Preferred)

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Nationality: F I L I P I N A

Salary: Per month AED2500 –Full budget

Annual Vacation: One month paid vacation after 12th month for the first year and after 11 month for the next years.

Day Off: Sunday

Experience: 2-3 years in UAE
