Office Assistant (Part-time)

This role is part-time 8-12 hours/week.

Thursday 11am-2pm is required, remaining hours are flexible.

There is potential for more hours and growth opportunities depending on initiative and interest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for answering/transferring company phone calls to the appropriate employee
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the People Operations team
• General office management and administration
• Maintain office cleanliness & re-stock supplies as needed
• Help with internal ForeFront events to promote company culture and employee engagement
• Assist with updating & maintaining employee anniversaries/birthdays & other employee related events on Operations calendar
• Manage Thursday team lunch process, assisting with lunch & learns & more
• Coordinate travel and data entry
• Misc. ad hoc activities
