We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Flexibility with job assignments and job functions
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Showroom area and samples
- Purchasing of Materials and coordinating installations with clients
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
- Run business related errands on occasion
Qualifications:
- Self Motivated
- Attention to details a must
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is helpful
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flooring or Construction Industry experience a plus, but not required
