Office Assistant Receptionist

We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
  • Flexibility with job assignments and job functions
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Showroom area and samples
  • Purchasing of Materials and coordinating installations with clients
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed
  • Run business related errands on occasion
Qualifications:
  • Self Motivated
  • Attention to details a must
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is helpful
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flooring or Construction Industry experience a plus, but not required
