Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist with banking related work, handle documentation, maintain records, and support the office team with reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in bank-related documentation and follow-ups
- Collect, submit, and manage documents for customers, suppliers, banks, and authorities
- Maintain accurate records and data using MS Excel and MS Word
- Prepare routine reports, statements, and summaries as required
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain proper filing (soft and hard copies) of official documents
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Com / B.A or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Responsible, energetic, and willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
