Office Assistant / Sales Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and transfer phone calls, Post ads online and following up every 3 hours to ensure maximum presence .

- Maintain office supplies, take notes during meetings, and distribute meeting minutes.

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Education: Inter mediate and above . With good SEO skills and knowhow of online job posting

- Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Preference to candidates who live near by

Work Environment

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday , 9-hour shift.

- Office timings : 10:30 am to 7: 00 pm

- Work Location: : DHA Phase 2 Extension

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
