We are seeking a Sales & Office Operations Assistant to support customer orders, sales documentation, and coordination between sales and manufacturing. This role directly supports revenue accuracy, production flow, and customer satisfaction. This is an on-site position at our Eugene facility and is not eligible for remote work.

This position begins as a part-time role (five 4-hour days, Monday through Friday). After 90 days, and based on performance and operational needs, candidates may be eligible for flexible scheduling or expanded hours. Purakal operates a private office and manufacturing facility in Eugene’s western industrial neighborhood. The office is not open to the public. Interaction is primarily with internal office and manufacturing team members who share a commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Purakal maintains a people-first culture that values safety, professionalism, kindness, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Audit sales orders for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details and maintain current account information
• Provide administrative support to sales activities, including document preparation and data entry

Office & Administrative Support

• Scan, organize, and digitally file sales documentation
• Print and organize materials for company meetings
• Provide printed forms and documentation to employees
• Support department managers with administrative projects

Process & Quality

• Follow written work instructions and verbal direction
• Participate in testing and improving sales and office processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Protect customer, vendor, and employee information
