Office Assistant - Studio

About the Role

This position is part work, part training — ideal for someone looking to learn the ropes of studio life while contributing to real projects. You’ll assist with scheduling, creative coordination, and production prep across music and animation. Our focus is building strong teams in creative technology, studio operations, and AI music tools used by professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support studio sessions, animation syncs, and daily scheduling.
• Learn the basics of DAW session prep, sound syncing, and project flow.
• Help document and organize production materials and content.
• Assist with social media updates, artist communications, and event prep.
• Participate in creative discussions, brainstorming, and team reviews.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available for part-time or flexible hours (including some nights/weekends).
• Reliable transportation.
