We are a small-medium sized family-owned landscape company that has serviced the area for the past 20 years. Our office is located in Cumming.
This position could be full time or part-time with flexible, Monday to Friday. Possibility of full time based upon experience.
Role Purpose
This position keeps Creech Landscape organized, responsive, and financially current. Your role supports cash flow, client communication, payroll, reliable financial records, and smooth coordination between the office, crews, and management.
Core Ownership Areas
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with account questions
- Invoice clients and receive, enter, and deposit customer payments
- Contact customers with past-due invoices and collect outstanding balances
- Pay vendor invoices
- Review and match bank transactions in QuickBooks daily
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
- Monitor P&L, Balance Sheet, and account accuracy
- Process payroll and contractor payments accurately and on schedule
- Use QuickBooks Online, LeanScaper, LMN, and Microsoft 365 to keep work organized
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience using LMN and LeanScaper as part of daily office coordination benefical
- Experience with invoicing, payment entry, accounts payable, collections, reconciliations, and payroll administration
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, crews, and ownership
- Ability to handle confidential financial and payroll information responsibly
- Ability to stay organized while managing recurring deadlines
- Ability to spot discrepancies, categorizations, and approval issues without being chased
- Organized, friendly, and responsive

The ideal candidate will be personable & experienced in dealing with customers over the phone. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Employee must have a willingness to learn & attention to detail.
