About Us:
We are a bookkeeping firm in Southern Pines, NC and we are looking for an Office Assistant/Client Success Associate who can keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes and help us maintain and strengthen client relationships. This position is expected to be a Part-Time hybrid remote position, with 10-20 hours per week expected, with the opportunity to become full time in the future.

Position Summary:
This role supports both the internal team and our clients. The Office Assistant / Client Success Associate will handle company back-office tasks, assist with marketing and sales outreach, and ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout their engagement with our firm. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys keeping the systems running, enjoys talking with people, has strong organization skills, and communicates well.
