We are currently seeking a Office Assistant(Female) to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office and showroom are clean and properly arranged before and after use on daily basis.
- Report any maintenance issue to the management.
- Dispose of waste regularly and maintain proper hygiene standard.
- Arrange and maintain office materials, brochures and products samples in the showroom.
- Provide general support to staff for day to day office requirement.
- Assist in setting up company events and meetings.
- Follow and ensure safety and security procedure within the premises.
- Prepare and serve coffee or tea to visitors and staffs, as required.
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when needed.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as office assistant/ admin assistant.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Age must be between 20-35 years.
- Good communication skill.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Ability to assist with admin tasks and office support.
- Willingness to follow instructions and support the team.

Pay: From AED1,700.00 per month
