ob Title: Office Assistant (Female)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, capable of handling documentation, and comfortable communicating with customers via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain office documents and records efficiently
  • Handle data entry and ensure proper filing of documents
  • Follow up with customers through emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Customer handling experience will be an advantage
