Office Assistant/Lot Personnel

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant/Lot Personnel to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment and lot management. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ensuring efficient administrative support and effective lot oversight. Lot management includes cleaning out cars, inventorying personal property, and meeting with transport. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their office management and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

  • Serve as the front receptionist, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including document management, data entry, and record keeping using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Oversee lot operations by monitoring vehicle transports, ensuring proper documentation from customers, cleaning vehicles/inventorying personal property, and maintaining safety protocols

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members but not required
  • Demonstrated office experience including clerical work, data entry, filing, and administrative support
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus for supporting daily operations effectively

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
