We’re hiring a Bilingual Office Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our growing operations. This is a key role in our office—ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and confident communicating in both English and Spanish throughout the workday.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. This position regularly involves translating phone calls, meetings, and written communication.

Typical Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: ~8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: ~8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch daily
- Some flexibility with hours if needed
What You’ll Be Doing
Bilingual Communication (Daily Use)
- Translate phone calls between English and Spanish
- Assist with translating meetings and conversations
- Translate emails, messages, and internal communication as needed
Office & Administrative Support
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Schedule interviews and assist with hiring flow
- General data entry and clerical tasks
- Make copies and keep office supplies stocked
Filing & Organization
- Maintain HR, customer, and business filing systems
- Organize check sheets, order forms, and documentation
Attendance & Tracking
- Track employee attendance and absences
- Update and maintain attendance spreadsheets
- Ensure all changes are accurately recorded
Data Entry & Operations
- Enter chargebacks and maintain project records
- Track inventory, place orders, and confirm deliveries
- Maintain holiday schedules and internal records
Hiring Support
- Manage applications from Indeed and the company website
- Help organize candidate information and interview scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required – must be comfortable translating in real time)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Professional communication skills
