Office Assistant/Receptionist - RV Park

Weekend Office Staff

Pay: $18/hr

About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic, tech-savvy part-time office staff member to join our team at Yreka RV Park. You'll be the friendly face and voice for our guests while handling the behind-the-scenes operations that keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage weekend reservations, guest check-ins, and administrative tasks (computer-based)
  • Answer phones and emails with professionalism and warmth
  • Greet guests and field questions about the park and local area
  • Coordinate with maintenance and support park operations
  • Help create a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Proven office administration and computer experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable, punctual
  • Available for weekend shifts with (flexible scheduling during the week is a PLUS)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays (scheduled hours always between 9 AM and 6 PM -- actual schedule varies by season)
