Position: Office Boy


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office (pantry, meeting rooms, common areas).
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and document handling.
  • Support staff with office-related tasks when required.
  • Handle pantry stock management and assist with purchasing small office supplies.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before visitors arrive.
  • Run occasional outdoor errands as instructed (documents, deliveries, etc.).


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Boy/Office Assistant is preferred.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Well-presented, polite, and reliable.
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently.
  • Must be currently in the UAE (preference for candidates based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary (based on experience)- Upto 4000 AED/month.
