Office Associate

Office/billing clerk – Data Entry & Accounting Support

Are you looking to join a close-knit team in a family-owned company with a supportive, low-turnover work environment? We are seeking an Office/Billing Clerk to replace a valued team member who is retiring. This is a full-time, onsite position with preferred hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Northern, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact: Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform data entry, order processing, and new customer setup
  • Handle billing functions and possibly some accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP)
  • Enter orders, update customer records, and process credit card transactions
  • Support EDI and transition towards a paperless environment
  • Work with customer portals and Microsoft Business Central ERP (transitioning from Sage 100 as of May 1)
  • Participate in cross-training during onboarding to learn company processes
  • Multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, accounting, or banking (such as a bank teller)
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize & multitask
  • Professional, reliable, and a culture fit who enjoys a quiet, focused office atmosphere
  • Teachable and willing to learn new skills and systems
