Job Description:
Ziyam Associates is looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining office cleanliness, serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors, handle basic office tasks, and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
• Handle basic errands within and outside the office.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and document handling when required.
• Support staff with minor office tasks.
• Ensure proper care of office equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Matric (preferred).
• Basic cooking skills.
• Must have driving skills.
• Prior experience as Office Boy will be an advantage.
• Punctual, polite, and well-mannered.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform duties responsibly.
