We are hiring Office Boys / Office Assistants for multiple office locations across Ajman and Sharjah. The ideal candidate has previous hospitality or office support experience, is well-mannered, reliable, and able to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks as part of daily office operations.

This role requires professionalism, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to support staff and visitors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices, meeting rooms, and pantry areas
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors professionally
  • Assist with internal deliveries, mail handling, and office errands
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and printing
  • Prepare meeting rooms and ensure supplies are available
  • Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies when required
  • Support staff as needed to ensure smooth daily office operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Boy or in hospitality (required)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasking efficiently
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office skills (Word, printing, scanning, email support)
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic and English (basic to good level)
  • Polite, professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
  • Willingness to work at any assigned location (Ajman / Sharjah)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of UAE experience in a similar role
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
