Office Boy

Visa, Medical and life insurance, Accommodation, Transport and Food will be provided.

The Office Boy must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor:

• Ensure, encourage and follow good health, safety and environment practices throughout the Perma-Pipe facilities
• Identify unsafe acts, conditions and report the same to the supervisors/ HSE representative
• Consult supervisor and HSE personnel for HSE related issues
• Actively participate in mock drills and in identification of hazards and environmental aspects, incident reporting and investigation.
• To provide tea/coffee for all staff and guests of Management.
• Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
• Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
• Maintain /update on the consumable items in Pantry.
• Maintain/replenish all stationery items for all staff.
• Assist staff in faxing of documents as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
