Office Boy

Job Description

Smart Innovations is looking for a reliable, active, and punctual Office Boy / Peon for our office located near Giga Mall, Rawalpindi. This is a permanent night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, desks, and kitchen.
• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Run outdoor office errands, including purchasing groceries, stationery, or other daily maintenance items.
• Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, or moving files.
• Ensure all appliances, lights, and ACs are turned off properly before closing.

Requirements:

• Location: Only candidates residing in the nearby areas of Rawalpindi or Islamabad will be considered (preference will be given to those living close to Giga Mall/DHA).
• Education: Minimum Matric or Middle school level.
• Experience: Prior experience as an office boy or in a similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Must be trustworthy, polite, and possess good communication skills. Having a personal bike/motorcycle with a valid license is a major plus
