Job Purpose

To provide general office support services, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficiently functioning workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
  • Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors as required
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials
  • Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
  • Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Ensure office supplies (pantry and stationery) are adequately stocked
  • Support staff with day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Matriculation (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
