Job Purpose
To provide general office support services, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficiently functioning workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors as required
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
- Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence
- Assist in basic administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Ensure office supplies (pantry and stationery) are adequately stocked
- Support staff with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Matriculation (preferred)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
