About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking
Office Assistant
to support daily office operations in Al Wathba. The ideal candidate will have
minimum 2 years of experience
in a similar role within the AE, ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff, and maintaining smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office events

Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation tasks

Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability at all times

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier items

Perform outdoor duties such as bank work, document submission, and purchasing office supplies

Support administrative and office staff in day-to-day tasks
Requirements:

Minimum
2 years of experience
as an Office Assistant (AE experience preferred)

Basic communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

Ability to follow instructions and multitask efficiently

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

Well-groomed, disciplined, and punctual
