About the Role:


We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations in Al Wathba. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the AE, ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff, and maintaining smooth office functioning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office events
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation tasks
  • Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability at all times
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier items
  • Perform outdoor duties such as bank work, document submission, and purchasing office supplies
  • Support administrative and office staff in day-to-day tasks


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant (AE experience preferred)
  • Basic communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to follow instructions and multitask efficiently
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Well-groomed, disciplined, and punctual
