Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Purchase office supplies and pantry items as required.
  • Support office staff with basic administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before scheduled meetings.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues or shortages of supplies.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving office materials when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and workplace etiquette.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
