Office Boy

Key Responsibilities:

• Office cleanliness: Maintain hygiene in office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
• Refreshments service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and lunch to staff and guests; wash and clean crockery.
• Document handling: Assist in moving files, deliveries, and office items.
• Visitor assistance: Greet and guide visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable.
• Office supplies management: Monitor pantry and stationery supplies, restock when needed.
• Errands: Perform outdoor tasks such as bank visits, post office runs, or purchasing supplies.
• Administrative support: Help with filing, scanning, mailing, and basic reception duties.
• Work as per the instructions of the management.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate /FCA (12th grade).
• Experience: Prior office support experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions, multitask, maintain hygiene, and communicate politely.
• Personality traits: Responsible, honest, punctual, and disciplined.
