Cleaning & Hygiene:

  • Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all office areas (desks, floors, meeting rooms, pantries, washrooms).
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked (toiletries), and hygienic.
  • Dispose of garbage and waste properly.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and office furniture.

Office Support:

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, toiletries).
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic admin tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing).
  • Set up and clear meeting rooms.

General Duties:

  • Greet guests and visitors.
  • Report maintenance issues.
  • Water plants and maintain indoor plants.

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning or office support roles.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Good communication (Basic English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
