Job Purpose: To maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment while supporting basic hospitality and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Clean and tidy office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms
- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained throughout the day
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
- Pantry & Hospitality Support
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry and kitchen areas
- Assist with meeting room setups and beverage arrangements
- Guest Reception
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally
- Guide guests to appropriate staff or meeting rooms
- Keep reception and waiting areas neat and presentable
- Administrative Assistance
- Perform basic filing, photocopying, and document handling
- Support staff with internal errands and deliveries
- Organize and maintain office supplies
✅ Requirements:
- Must have a valid UAE visa (own visa required)
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic communication skills in English IS MANDATORY
- Presentable, punctual, and courteous
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
