- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including cleaning desks, dusting furniture, and vacuuming floors.
- Dispose of trash and restock washroom supplies.
- Assist with minor office maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Organize and monitor office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items.
- Run errands, such as purchasing supplies or making bank deposits.
- Serve beverages like tea and coffee to staff and visitors.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner.
- Answer phones and take messages when needed.
- Help set up meeting rooms and prepare them for use.
- Support management and staff with various office duties as needed.
- Ensure that office equipment is being used correctly and inform the appropriate departments of any issues.
