Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve tea, coffee (including specialized types like Arabic Qahwa), and refreshments to staff and visitors.
2. Assist with basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery.
3. Monitor and restock office stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
4. Help display products attractively, and maintain a clean sales floor.
5. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and occasionally run external errands like bank deposits or purchasing supplies.
Requirements & Skills
1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in similar cleaning or office support roles is often preferred but not always mandatory.
3. Must be punctual, reliable, and possess basic communication skills in English (and sometimes Arabic).
4. Ability to handle labor-intensive cleaning tasks and lift or move office supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
